Networking MLM: Using Simplicity And Duplicity?

Many successful MLM marketers will tell you that the most important factor in networking is simplicity. Networking MLM starts off as a very simple business and keeping it simple does not require hard work. Many people try to complicate it and that’s a mistake.

Keep in mind that others will have to copy it, so even if a complex system works for you, it might not be so successful for others. In networking MLM, your greatest asset isn’t personal success; it’s having a system that works for everyone. In order for you and others to be successful, they must be able to duplicate your actions. Set up a system that even the least experienced member of your network can follow and you’re in the right direction toward success. Keep everything simple enough to be quickly duplicated so that others can get the same phenomenal results you got. In MLM networking, you should avoid using special skills or resources that are not readily available to everyone. By doing so, you can offer your successful business to a much larger selection of people.

Build your network as quickly as possible. Meet with a few people every day and try to personally close a few sales. Help others learn to duplicate your successful actions. By learning to copy your efforts, they multiply your efforts. Expect and demand the same phenomenal results that will come from quality duplication. It doesn’t matter if a person is at the top or bottom of your MLM networking, each person must be able to duplicate what you do and teach others to duplicate it as well. You can build a large sales team if your system is easy to duplicate.

In order to get exact duplication, you need to put in place a system or process that everyone can understand, follow and teach. You can’t duplicate yourself but you can duplicate your system. Ray Krocs, the founder of MacDonald’s, can’t be duplicated but his franchise system can be duplicated and already is in approximately 18,000 outlets worldwide.

Do you understand why complex systems aren’t a great idea now? They’re simply too difficult to duplicate. It’s important to create and follow a system down to each nitty-gritty detail. Perfect systems don’t exist, so spend your time learning how to duplicate it instead of trying to perfect the existing system. Keep things simple and always ensure that your distributor can duplicate your actions.

Always ask yourself if your actions and efforts are easy to duplicable. The answer should be “yes” at least 75% of the time! Keep things simple like successful MLM networking business people do. It’s the best way to grow your business. Simplicity is easy to duplicate. People see you do it and honestly believe that they too can do it because it’s so easy! They too can be successful and get the same great results in your MLM networking business.
