E-mail marketing is one of the strongest tools you can use to profit from your MLM program. Getting started is easy and you will be able to automate the majority of your sales efforts and network building efforts. E-mail marketing can allow you to:
Reach potential customers and educate them about your products.
Find and educate potential downline members about your network marketing opportunity, profit potential and commission structure.
Create trust and credibility and improve your conversion rate over time. There’s no limit to how many sales pitch you can deliver.
Grow your business by adding new products and opportunities to your existing list.

1. Get an autoresponder that will manage your e-mail list. You can find good ones on the Internet. Some come as software with a ‘one-time’ license fee. You then install this software onto your web server. If you don’t want to bother with that, you can get someone to do it for you by signing up with a third-party autoresponder service. These businesses host the required autoresponder software on their servers. You may be able to find free autoresponder services but most companies charge a monthly fee.
2. Create e-mail templates to promote your network marketing business. These brief e-mails must describe your products and business opportunity and soft-sell your prospect. Write educational, high-quality messages. Build a series of messages that build on each other. Each message should move the prospect a little closer to buying your products or signing up to represent your business opportunity. The sky’s the limit.
3. Load these messages into your autoresponder and set a schedule to send them in the order you want. You can choose to send one message per day or per week. You know what’s best for your business.
4. Let your autoresponder generate a code for your opt-in form. You can then copy and paste this code into your web page. This will build a subscription box where your visitors can enter their names and e-mail addresses and sign up for your e-mail list. You have to entice your visitors to sign up. Most people build a full page for that purpose alone. They call it a “landing page”.
After you automate everything, focus your time and effort on sending more traffic to your landing page. More traffic brings in more leads. Enjoy the freedom provided by e-mail marketing.
