The following three tips will help you to keep the prospect comfortable and willing to build a relationship with you. Think of these when you are asking someone to be a member of your organization.

First, “Let Off the Pressure.When you pressure the prospect too much he or she will turn and run. When a prospect is pressured into signing it turns them off to the offer. Relieve the pressure by saying something like, “I don’t know if this is right for your or not.” This lets off the pressures and helps the recruit to convince themselves. This puts your MLM lead at ease.

Second, “Allow the person to tell you what they are looking for. Effective sales people always approach the sale through the customer’s eyes. You absolutely must answer all questions in the prospects mind. The only way this is possible is to shut up and let the other person tell you what they want out of a business. Ask them to tell you what they want out of a buisness. They will give you the exact words to use that will almost force them to join your business.

Third, along with number two, “Let the other person dominate the conversation. Be sure you remember to ask questions in order to get the prospect talking as much as possible. Most people love to talk about themselves and they feel a bond to others who act interested in them. Offer encouraging words for their failures and congratulations for their successes. Your interest will make them feel special and people want to be around others who do that for them.

When recruiting prospective MLM members the idea is to help them want to part of your team. The most important network marketing lead tip is to keep it personal and real. The potential members who will do the most are the ones who sign because of the opportunities not because of some pie in the sky statements. The leads who will build your MLM business are the people who are willing to put in the time for both your interests.
