How To Market Your Business Through E-mail
E-mail marketing isn’t a difficult concept to understand;It’s when you send e-mails to market a product. Seems simple enough, right?
You may be wondering how e-mail marketing can increase your sales? The more people you send e-mails to promoting your products, the more sales will be generated. This is because you can send these e-mails to existing customers as well as potentially new customers.
The people who have purchased products from you before are existing customers and you should have stored their e-mail addresses in your “list” for future reference. You can send new product information, discount offers, promotions, sale information, etc. hoping that your existing customers will purchase additional products from you.
New customer e-mail addresses are usually acquired through a newsletter sign-up, or a list that can be purchased from another company that specializes in that sort of thing, although SPAM is one of the worste and most annoying tactics used today, so be careful not to anger your customers by sending TOO many e-mails their way. They could potentially block your e-mails. I have about 100 e-mail addresses black-listed so I will never receive another e-mail from them again. Hooray!
It is a great idea to add back-links (links back to your web page) in your e-mails so potential customers can easily access your page if they decide they are interested in whatever you’re offering. Putting direct links to your affiliate products is another way of generating more sales that doesn’t require the customer to ever even see your web page!
E-mail marketing is also extremely cost-effective (It’s FREE!) in addition to generating more sales for your business. The amount of money it would cost you to send promotional content to every person on your “list” by regular mail would be astronomical. If you have around 100 e-mails on your “list”, it can cost you at least $42! Now, if you eventually acquire a longer list, which you definitely WANT to do, it can cost hundreds, if not thousands of dollars! This is all in comparison to paying absolutely nothing to send e-mails!
Some other benefits to think about are:
- Delivery Time: E-mail gets to the customers inbox within seconds whereas regular mail can take days.
- Tracking: It is very easy to track electronic mail while regular mail would need to be “return receipt requested”, which is both expensive and time consuming.
- Discovery: You can rely on people visiting your website when they do a search, or you can send an e-mail and be sure that they know about your products and promotions. Whether they actually open and read the e-mail is another story, but there are ways to track that as well.
- Eco-friendly: No paper required! Preserve the environment while you market your business!
Most affiliate programs and courses offer e-mail templates and tips on how to generate a large “list” of e-mail addresses. Make sure you do your research and find the product that is right for YOU!

Just a few words of wisdom pertaining to working a

Even though I have only been at this concept a short
period of time, I see past a lot of the wrong methods
that are currently being used.
Who wants to have someone nagging them to join their business,
I have already experienced that .
I am beginning to wonder if they forgot to pay their phone bill, because
when I call, three is never a voice on the other end. You see, this is not
how you target leads.
The first thing you must do is look inside yourself and determine
what do I have that they (prospects want). You do this by establishing
your VALUE !
By this I mean. Show them something you can offer that noone else can.
Show them that they are more than just a phone number or e mail address.
Show them you actually care about their needs.
You see, people don’t join your company because of your products.
They join because you can show them something they need that nobody else
has offered. You put value into their life. This is what people want.
Start speaking to people in a geniue manner.
Reach out to their feelings. Have a desire to get to know them.
When you start doing this, then you will see people being drawn to
you like bees to honey.
